Our story
Real problems first, then AI that solves them
We started by solving real operational problems for real businesses — catalogues too messy to sell from, stock that didn’t match across marketplaces, leads lost between partners, customer follow-ups forgotten, and attendance still on paper.
Each solution became a product. Today the Siddex suite spans 6 AI-powered platforms — e-commerce, inventory management, customer CRM, lead management, education & admissions and HRMS — built by one team and designed to work together.
AI is not a bolt-on for us. We use it where it does a measurable job: reading a stock sheet from a photo, recommending the right size or college, routing a lead in seconds, or reminding a team before a customer is let down. Every AI output is validated before it reaches a user.
